Speak Master is an English speaking and listening practice app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us about their data.

- Anonymous app account identifiers created through Firebase Authentication.
- Learning settings such as selected language, lesson level, progress, practice history, and review items.
- Voice recordings submitted during speaking practice, related transcripts, scoring results, and evaluation metadata.
- Feedback messages submitted through the app.
- App diagnostics, device information, and usage events used to maintain and improve the app.
How We Use Information
- To provide speaking, listening, pronunciation, lesson progress, and review features.
- To process recordings for speech recognition, scoring, and language-learning feedback.
- To save user progress and synchronize app content.
- To respond to feedback and support requests.
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and improve the app.
Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the app, including Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database, storage, hosting, cloud functions, speech, text-to-speech, analytics, and diagnostics. We may also use AI service providers to generate or evaluate language-learning content. These providers process information only as needed to provide app functionality.
Advertising And Purchases
Speak Master does not currently show ads and does not currently offer in-app purchases. If those features are added later, this Privacy Policy and the app's Google Play declarations will be updated before release.
Data Retention And Deletion
We keep user data for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve service reliability. Users may request deletion of their app data by contacting us at the email address below.
Children
Speak Master is not directed to children. Users who are not old enough to use online services independently in their country should use the app only with a parent or guardian.
